We (Steph and Rob) are business owners, travelers, and food enthusiasts with a twist. At age 31, Steph's Celiac gene activated and many of her favorite foods and drinks became unsafe to have. When not running and managing our own businesses, we are hunting down the best Gluten-Free (GF) eats locally in Salt Lake City and wherever our travels take us. We give the good and the bad about GF from around the globe.

In addition to seeking out the best Gluten-Free (GF) food on the planet, we also enjoy cooking at home. Most people with Celiac know it is stressful to eat out and always ask and re-ask if it is Gluten-Free. So, one of the best ways to ensure a Gluten-Free experience is to cook it in your very own GF kitchen. In fact, our favorite experiences are when we find GF only restaurants, like Niche and Indigo in London. It is a beautiful thing when Steph gets to do her happy food dance because she just ate something GF and amazing.
